Iftar in Medzo Restaurant at Time Rako Hotel is one of the best I had this Ramadan in Qatar .
Situated in Al Wakra, this brand new 4-star hotel is all about a ravishing culinary journey of Arabic-Mediterranean Cuisine . I was invited there for the Iftar buffet and it was was amazing.
I was totally in love with the spacious and classy ambiance with Arabic music playing in the background . It was refreshing to see the creative food decors in the dessert section made of dates , marshmallows and chocolates .
The Iftar buffet is filled with specially selected dishes that everyone will enjoy. Whether you’re looking for a hearty meat kebab or a refreshing salad, there’s something for everyone. They are offering plenty of options from our regular menu, as well as some special Iftar selections that you’ll only be able to experience once a year.
There were more than 20 variety of salads displayed which looked fresh and stunning . The main dishes included all the basic Arabic dishes but the Meat Kabsa was fantastic. The meat was cooked to the bone and the kebabs were heavenly !
The dessert corner had an enormous quantity of Arabic sweets , cakes , pastries , custards and pudding .
The excellent presentation and wonderful taste satisfy those with a sweet tooth , or for the guests who crave something to celebrate the magnificent traditions of the month . To end with , have a cup of the traditional Moroccan tea .
