Memorable Water Rafting at Coorg !

If you are travelling to  Coorg , then you shouldn't miss to come here and do Water Rafting .Rafting is an experience in itself.

Thrilling . Heart Stopping . Astonishing . Fascinating - These words may not justify the experience I had with Rafting . 

The ride is breathtaking as you get to see an amazing view of the trees , birds and butterflies on both sides of the river.

We had to cover approximately 7 kilometers encountering 5-6 rapids on the way and there was a halt where you can surf as well.
Each rapid is unique and heart throbbing and the adventure increases with each one. ( The last one will get your excitement reach high-sky ! ) 
It covers five creatively named rapids ‑ The Morning Coffee, the Grasshopper, the Ramba Samba, The Wicked Witch, and the ultimate Big Bang which is worth experiencing💜

Rafting began on a boring note,  with the guide giving a crash course for about 5 minutes on how to paddle the raft & other safety tips .Our guide was fantastic . He made sure that we were safe and having fun the entire time. They ensure your safety and even ask you to jump into flowing river and swim  for a while.

Omg ! Being a non swimmer makes it a worst idea to swim in the deep Barapole river ! But Mr.Hubby (The great swimmer 🤣)  was really sweet and patient and much to my astonishment , I believed him and was out in the cold water grabbing his life jacket , screaming , learning to balance myself and finally enjoying myself with just a float on ! ( Banghra Dance !😅 ) It leaves you feeling triumphed and the emotional ones like me would get nostalgic when I  recall the beautiful moments we had during our ride .

It was indeed a fun and thrilling experience and what added to the flavor of our adventure was the presence of my 12 year old niece who enjoyed it totally without fear (unlike her Aunt who was screaming every now and then for help 😐)

The Fears we don't face become our limits . I , being a hydrophobic person faced my fears and made a beautiful memory to cherish for a life time .
